Learn how to brew beer at home!

A local home brewer will teach 10 lucky locals the basics of how to mash grains and prepare "wort" for fermentation. This course will last approximately five hours and cover the most complicated aspects of the beer brewing process. Participants will gain enough knowledge of the process and resources needed to begin brewing beer at home. $25 for the introductory session.
